How do I book a photography session with your team?
Booking a photography session is quick and easy! Simply reach out to us through our website, email, or phone, and let us know which type of session you're interested in. We’ll schedule a consultation to ensure we’re a great fit, then find a convenient date and time for your session. If you already have a date for your event, we’ll confirm our availability before finalizing any details.
Can we choose the location for our photo shoot?
Absolutely! We know that the perfect location can make your photos even more special. Whether it’s your cozy home, a stunning outdoor spot, or a place that holds personal meaning, we’re all in for exploring new and exciting places that will make your photos unforgettable! Just a heads-up: if you choose a location that requires an entry fee, it may be added to the total cost.
How long does a typical photo session last?
The length of your photoshoot totally depends on the type of session you choose.
All my sessions start with a 20-minute minimum, but don’t worry—you can pick from a variety of customizable time options to fit your vibe.
For events and weddings, we go all out—these can last several hours! We make sure there’s plenty of time to capture all those unforgettable moments while keeping things fun and relaxed so you can enjoy every second of it!
How long does it take to receive the final edited photos?
We know you're excited to see your final photos! For most sessions, including couples, maternity, newborn, family, and others, our editing process usually takes 2-3 weeks. This timeline may vary depending on the specifics of your session.
For events, editing typically takes 4-8 weeks, depending on the number of images and the complexity of the edits. We prioritize quality and detail to ensure you receive exceptional photos.
Rest assured, we’ll keep you updated throughout the editing process, no matter the occasion!
What happens if the weather is unfavorable on the day of an outdoor shoot?
If the weather decides to be tricky on the day of your outdoor shoot, no worries! We can either reschedule for a sunnier day or find a cool indoor spot. We're all about making sure you get the best photos, and we're flexible enough to roll with whatever comes our way!
What kind of images will be included?
I’ll work my magic on the RAW photos and send you the final JPGs through a private online gallery once they're all polished and ready to shine! Just a heads-up though—I don’t share the RAW files, as they’re my secret editing sauce!
How many photos will be delivered?
Quantity of photos that I deliver depends on the session, typically a 20 minute session, will normally receive 15-25 photos.
Are there any additional fees for extra photos / prints?
No hidden fees! You're welcome to purchase prints from my store if you'd like, but it's not a requirement. All JPG photos will be automatically available to you.
Travel Fees?
I love traveling to make your event amazing! For locations beyond a 60-mile radius, I charge a $1 per mile fee to cover travel costs.
Out-of-state weddings and events, travel fees will be included to cover the distance, accommodations, and all the little things that make it happen. Let’s chat about the details – I’ll make sure everything’s set for a fantastic time, no matter where you are!
Do you guide or pose people during the shoot?
Yes, I'll help pose & give you prompt to help everything flow well.
Can we request specific shots?
I genuinely love it when my clients bring their creative ideas to the table. It’s always exciting to explore new possibilities and see how we can bring those ideas to life. Working together on something fresh is one of the best parts of this process!
What kind of editing or retouching do you do on your images?
I really enjoy editing images with rich, warm tones that give them a soft, inviting feel. I also pay close attention to detail by carefully removing blemishes, ensuring the final result is smooth, polished, and visually pleasing. It's all about enhancing the natural beauty!
